Building Shared Rural Infrastructure Through Collective Networks
India's First Social Wealth Tech Alliance —
Democratising Capital Markets
for the Underserved
OUR MISSION
Wealth creation as a universal right, not an urban privilege.
Finova Connect’ Social Venture is a no-loss, no-profit social venture designed to democratise capital-market access for India's underserved populations — rural workers, micro-entrepreneurs, women-led Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and marginal farmers — without extracting commercial surplus from the communities we serve.
Livelihoods Generation: Income streams owned by the community, not jobs created by a company
Our partnership model combines local participation, professional management, digital systems, and market connectivity. The goal is to help community institutions build sustainable sources of income.
Partnership Models
1. Infrastructure and Data Utility Partnerships
Finova Connect provides digital tools, integrations, dashboards, training, and support while the SHG, FPO, or local institution retains responsibility for member relationships and field operations.
2. Individual Sub-Agent
Finova Connect shall grant the Individual Sub-Agent secure access to its custom-built portal interface via designated hardware terminals or the Second Party's personal smartphone, using a unique secure login ID and two-factor authentication.
3. Programme Implementation Partnership
Government agencies, NGOs, foundations, and CSR programmes can engage Finova Connect and community institutions to implement livelihood, agriculture, infrastructure, or digital-inclusion initiatives.
